Marketing Coordinator & MARCOM

Job description:

  • Manage ONLINE communication – Company’s website, social media and other professional networks/ platforms
  • Manage OFFLINE communication – Production of multi-lingual marketing materials (brochures, graphic aids, PRs, movies, presentations, etc.) and giveaways
  • Craft newsletters and press releases and promote publications
  • Track, organize and manage the company’s participation in local and international events (Trade shows, delegations’ visits, etc.)
  • Support the marketing and sales team (supporting writing and managing marketing documents, managing internal marketing information, etc.)
  • Conduct market research, oversee market data analysis and evaluations

Working Environment:

  • Work as part of the marketing department under VP marketing
  • Wide and dynamic range of tasks and responsibilities
  • handling Multiple projects simultaneously


  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in Marketing Communication or similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Understanding SEO and Google Analytics
  • Previous experience with marketing campaigns on social media
  • Experience with events coordinating and managing (tradeshows, visits, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Hebrew and English
  • Good creative, organizational and planning skills
  • Multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


  • Working experience in the Defense/ HLS company
  • Experience with Word-Press web contents management tool
  • Additional languages skills; verbal or written skills
