WanderB VTOL Vertical Take-off Landing is an electric, mini UAS optimized to facilitate covert, “over-the-hill” operations or extensive, day-and-night intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in real time.
The WanderB is integrated with Day and IR stabilized payloads, as well as variety of compatible payloads such as photogrammetric, multi-spectral or radiometric mapping cameras, making it a highly effective mean for providing airborne ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) or Mapping on Demand (MOD).
The WanderB VTOL system presents a unique and ultimate solution for supporting real time video missions for challenging areas as well as urban scenarios for military, peace keeping, low intensity conflict, security, law-enforcement, S&R, disaster management and commercial applications.
Fully autonomous UAV, WanderB VTOL is able to take off and land in strongest weather conditions from its point of launch to its accurate recovery. The system delivers autonomous ease of use and high reliability, providing a very versatile and stable ISR platform.
Combining a stabilized EO/IR payload with proprietary ground exploitation software – the WanderB VTOL allows for GPS-marked imagery to be relayed in real time to the ground station. This capability delivers enhanced situational awareness, contributing substantially to the success of the mission.
The WanderB VTOL system presents an ultimate solution for supporting real time video or tactical mapping on demand for long endurance open area as well as urban scenarios for military, peace keeping, low intensity conflict, HLS, security, disaster management and commercial applications.
WanderB VTOL is unique in its ability to fly even in strong winds and on cloudy or rainy days, assuring high operational availability for up to 2,5 hours and a communication range of up to 50km .

WanderB VTOL Launch & Recovery
As a fully autonomous UAS, WanderB VTOL can take off and land in strong winds and harsh weather conditions.
The Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) technology allows to take off and land practically on any terrain.
WanderB VTOL is able to vertically ascend to altitude and proceed into forward wing-bound flight, whilst smooth and level back transition into a solid hover allows the WanderB VTOL to land virtually anywhere, quickly, safely and reliably.
